About the Role

As a Business Operations Intern, you will support the execution and scaling of Fintesa’s global payments platform by contributing to operational, analytical, and go-to-market initiatives. This role focuses on turning strategic ideas into tangible outcomes that improve business efficiency, user experience, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational workflows related to global payment processing and business activities

• Analyze data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes

• Assist in structuring and executing business initiatives that drive platform growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on execution and delivery

• Contribute to improving internal processes and operational efficiency

• Help translate strategic goals into actionable tasks and measurable outcomes

Time Commitment

This internship runs for three months (September to November 2026).
Interns are expected to commit 30–40 hours per week for the duration of the program.
