About the Role
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in sales and marketing within a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. The focus will be on business outreach, communication, and brand visibility to help expand the platform’s reach among both contractors and construction companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing marketing and outreach strategies targeting construction businesses and workers.
- Support sales efforts by identifying and engaging potential partners and clients.
- Help manage social media presence and communication campaigns.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor positioning.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance user acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Contribute ideas to improve marketing content and digital visibility.
What We’re Looking For
Fixed Construction is seeking someone who “can sell bread to a baker” — a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and genuine enthusiasm for sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be social-media savvy, proactive, and comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial team. A willingness to learn, adaptability, and the ability to take initiative in a fast-moving environment are essential. Familiarity with Gmail and other basic digital tools will be useful for day-to-day collaboration.
