About the Role

Paysend is seeking a General Intern to support multiple departments, including marketing, operations, and business research. This internship provides broad exposure to the fintech industry and hands-on experience in project coordination, communication, and analysis. Interns will work on real projects that contribute to global financial inclusion and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct desktop research and assist with market and competitor analysis.
• Support cross-functional teams in organizing reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Help coordinate marketing or operations projects to enhance internal efficiency.
• Gather and analyze data to support business decisions.
• Contribute to creative initiatives that improve communication and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure alignment across departments.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about fintech and global payments. You should have strong communication and organizational skills, along with a problem-solving mindset. Paysend values interns who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and professionalism while working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Bonus Skills

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, strong analytical thinking, or prior exposure to financial technology or research.
