About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and mission-driven Impact Investing Analyst Intern to support our impact investing team. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in monitoring and managing existing investments/projects in the portfolio.
- Conduct sector and issue-area research to identify emerging impact opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a candidate with strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable working with financial data and spreadsheets. You should have excellent written and verbal communication, be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. A genuine interest in social/environmental impact, sustainability, or development is essential — you should bring curiosity, empathy, and a mission-driven mindset. You should also be adaptable, eager to learn, collaborative, and ready to thrive in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Coursework or background in finance, economics, business, sustainability, public policy, or related field.
- Familiarity or interest with impact-measurement frameworks.
- Experience or interest in social enterprise, sustainable development, or social/environmental issues.
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools.
Why Join Us
- Hands-on experience at the intersection of finance and social impact.
- Exposure to impact investing processes — from sourcing to due diligence, from financial to impact analysis.
- Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that target positive social or environmental outcomes.
- Mentorship, learning exposure, and potential for growth in impact investing / sustainable finance.
