About the Role

Rocket Doctor is seeking a General Intern to support its growth, operations, and research initiatives. The role provides exposure to multiple facets of digital health — from patient engagement to data management and process improvement — while contributing to a team committed to transforming healthcare delivery through AI and telemedicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks that support product, marketing, and clinical teams.
• Conduct research on healthcare accessibility, policy, and emerging technologies.
• Support patient onboarding, data tracking, and internal communication workflows.
• Contribute to presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to identify and streamline process improvements.
• Help monitor performance indicators and prepare analytical summaries to guide decision-making.
