About the Role

Smile Technology is seeking an enthusiastic intern to join its distributed team. This general internship offers broad exposure to API-driven innovation, business operations, and product processes in the HR tech and fintech ecosystem. Interns will work alongside a multicultural, remote-first team on meaningful projects that advance Smile’s mission of improving data access and transparency in Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Support research and data collection efforts related to employment, fintech, and HR technology trends.
• Assist in process documentation, internal coordination, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Contribute to marketing or outreach initiatives as needed.
• Participate in regular team meetings across multiple time zones, ensuring clear communication and task ownership.
