About the Role

This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a tech-enabled operations startup that blends product, data, and customer success. You will support cross-functional teams as Springshot scales its platform globally, working on real operational workflows and product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, cleaning or reporting to help surface operational insights.
• Support product or customer-success teams in documenting workflows, testing features, or mapping user journeys.
• Conduct research on industry workflows, competitor tools or user experience in frontline operations.
• Help create or update internal documentation, presentation decks or onboarding materials for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to identify small process improvements and assist implementation.

What We’re Looking For

Springshot is looking for an intern who is curious about how technology supports frontline operations, possesses strong analytical and communication skills, and is comfortable working in a small team with diverse responsibilities. You should be able to take initiative, learn new tools, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with data tools (Excel, SQL, Python) or reporting dashboards
• Interest in workflows, mobile apps, logistics or operational design
• Ability to create clear documentation or help with user-testing of features
