About the Role

As a General Intern at Synaps, you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple functions — from research and operations to content and strategy. You’ll support cross-team initiatives that advance the company’s mission to make AI systems more human-aware, explainable, and scalable. This is a hands-on role for adaptable, motivated individuals eager to learn how emerging AI infrastructure is built and deployed in real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support research and documentation of AI systems, processes, and technical updates.
• Assist in operational planning and coordination across teams.
• Contribute to internal or external communications related to Synaps’ AI initiatives.
• Conduct market or competitive research to inform business and product strategy.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for improving workflows or outreach initiatives.
