About the Role

Winalist is seeking a General Intern to support operations, marketing, and customer experience initiatives across its platform. This role offers a broad exposure to startup operations in the hospitality and travel sector, with opportunities to contribute to content management, partner communication, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing partner listings and verifying experience details on the platform.
• Support marketing activities, including social media content, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new partners, opportunities, and trends.
• Communicate with wineries and partners to maintain updated listings and support customer queries.
• Help analyze platform data to improve user experience and engagement.
• Contribute to administrative and operational tasks to support daily team functions.
